Commission Program
for Neurobit users (v. 1.1, 2 December, 2005)
If you are a user of our Neurobit equipment, you can earn with us.
Maybe you have friends or colleagues, who can be interested in neurofeedback training and you'd like to recommend them our equipment. If such a person buys Neurobit device from us and quotes your recommendation, you can receive 15% commission. And an advantage for a buyer will be extended warranty period.

1. Enrollment
The Commission Program is addressed to individual users of our neurofeedback devices. Some experience in practical use is welcome. For business partners we have two other options instead: Drop Shipping Program for stockless retailers and regular reseller cooperation.

The application should include your following data:
- name,
- full physical address (including country),
- phone number,
- email address (used also for PayPal payment),
- your Neurobit model and serial number (given on device's rear wall),
- date of its purchase (given on warranty card),
- proposed method of your fee payment (if you cannot accept payments by PayPal),
- password for user's data access (at least 6 characters, including digits, excluding space),
- the statement “I have acquainted with regulations of your Commission Program, I understand and accept all its terms and conditions”.
If you didn't buy your Neurobit equipment directly from us, we will also need a copy of your properly filled warranty card.
If your application fulfills the terms described in this document, we confirm your participation in the Program and give you an identification number. Orders placed from this moment can benefit you.
2. Orders
The commission is available for all Neurobit neurofeedback devices (and sets including such a device) ordered directly from us. A buyer should know your name and id number to submit your recommendation. An order has to include those data, to benefit you.
An advantage for the buyer purchasing this way is an extension of warranty period by an additional year.
3. Referral fee
For orders described above, you receive 15% of our qualifying revenues.
Qualifying revenues are derived from qualifying orders, excluding costs for shipping & handling, taxes, payment fees, returns and bad debt.
4. Fee payment
Your fee is payed collectively at the beginning of a month, not earlier than 30 days from the date of qualifying sale.
We normally pay fees by PayPal, using an email address submitted in your application.
If you cannot accept payment by PayPal, we can arrange another method. You are responsible for additional payment costs arising in this case.
5. Privacy policy
Your personal data are used only for the purpose of this Program. We do not share your data with other companies or individuals. You can check and update your data. You can also terminate your participation at any time and we'll remove your data.
We still continue the development of our products and improve our services. As our experienced user, we may occasionally ask you by email about your opinions about our product or service. Your opinions are basically for our internal purposes and will never be published without your permission. Such opinions or permissions have not any influence on your right to participation in the Program.
If you consent, we can also inform you by email about significant novelties in our offer.
6. Limited liability and reservations
We make no express or implied warranties with respect to the Program.
We can modify any terms and conditions of the Program at any time without prior notification. Current Program is published on our website. Changes apply to all orders from the date of the publication. If any modification is unacceptable for you, you can only terminate your participation.
We can terminate the Program at any time without prior notification. The information about the fact would be published on our website.
We may reject an application or terminate participation if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a participant presents our products in an unsuitable manner. This especially includes untrue claims.
Participant is not authorized to make any statements on partnership, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between him/her and us.
Participant is not authorized to make or accept any offers on behalf of us.
Participant can join the Program only once.
Participation is ceased if current terms of the Program aren't met.
Participation right is not transferable to anyone, even if the device's ownership is transferred.
Participant is responsible for keeping his/her personal & payment information up-to-date.
We do not take any responsibility for lack or error of the recommendation information in received order.
A buyer can purchase with quoting a recommendation only once.
Referral fees are not payed for products returned within trial period.
Resellers of our products cannot be submitted as source of recommendation for this Program, and they also cannot buy with a recommendation of someone's else.
The extension of warranty period is intended personally for a buyer and it isn't transferred in case of possible resale of the product.
The program is intended for retail orders. Business or wholesale orders are not taken into account in the Program.
This regulations will be interpreted and enforced in accordance with Polish law.
